Selah Sail

Pause...reflect...heal...

Imagine...

You have just finished a round of chemotherapy or radiation treatment for breast cancer.  You're tired...exhausted, in fact. Your body has been through a battle.  You may have lost your hair, may have burns from the radiation, and may be weakened from feeling ill for so long. Emotionally, you've had to deal with one of life's biggest challenges...facing cancer and your own mortality. It's a difficult ordeal and a daunting challenge for anyone.

Now imagine...that you can enjoy a retreat on a catamaran in the Caribbean with other women “in the same boat”. Resting from the battle, gathering strength from the beauty, warmth and breezes of the British Virgin Islands, and sharing community for a week as you rejuvenate, relax and heal, physically and emotionally.

This is Selah Sail, a one-week sailing retreat for women who have been fighting a battle against breast cancer.  Selah Sail is for those women who need to pause, reflect, and heal.
